Essential catering recently catered our wedding for 50 guests at Bulong Estate Winery and the food they presented was absolutely delicious and stunning. We had so many comments from guests about how wonderful it was and so much better than other weddings they had been to, it was like eating in a restaurant. They were very organised and everything ran smoothly and on time. They very happily catered to multiple dietary requirements including vegan and gluten free menus so that all of our guests were able to have lovely meals. We would strongly recommend them for your next event.

Shari was wonderful right from the start. She was very responsive to emails and really listened to what I was after so I felt confident that the bouquets would be perfect. We put together some floral venue decorations ourselves as well and she made sure that the bouquets and buttonholes would fit in with these and include similar flowers and foliage. She also delivered everything to two separate venues in the time frame that we requested and the flowers all looked fresh and stunning so there was no stress on the day! I would definitely recommend her.

Luv Bridal was the only shop I visited when searching for my wedding dress, I found the one I loved almost straight away and decided to commit on the spot. I tried on quite a few dresses in the allotted appointment and was very happy with the outcome. I only had a few months before my wedding so the ladies made every effort to make sure it arrived in time for alterations and for me to pick up a couple of weeks before the wedding. I recommend Luv Bridal especially if you’re not sure what you’re after as they have a huge range and a good selection of sizes to try on in-store rather than just the typical sample sizes.

Betta Party Hire were ideal for our wedding as they had a range of options with marquees and seating so that we were prepared for our guests. Lauren was really helpful with the details of what we would need on the day and the team were great with the install and everything ran smoothly. I'd recommend Betta Party Hire for any event.

We ordered a Miss Ladybird Cake for our wedding after testing out a few different suppliers. Their cakes were by far the most delicious, perfect texture and so many amazing flavours to choose from, it was actually quite a challenge to pick one! We ended up going with a champagne sponge with strawberry buttercream which is as delicious as it sounds and was the perfect fit for our wedding. Our guests were impressed and had not tasted anything like it. It also looked lovely on the day, we had asked for two tiers in white buttercream with strokes of soft greens to match our foliage and décor and it looked perfect. We would definitely order from them again and hopefully test out more of their amazing flavours!

We booked White Classic Jags for our wedding in the Yarra Valley both to take us to our venue (from two different getting ready locations) and as our getaway car after the reception. Cory and Tony were both lovely and Tony was very easy to deal with during the planning/booking process. The 50s Jag we had was stunning, and we felt very special being driven around in it, not to mention including it in some of our photos. The service was wonderful, Cory rolled out a red carpet for me (the bride) when we arrived at the venue and Tony gifted us a bottle of champagne at the end of the night. We absolutely recommend White Classic Jags if you’d like to turn up to your next event in style.

Bulong Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding. It’s a beautiful setting, was the perfect size for a more intimate wedding and has excellent facilities. Monica was so helpful with all of our questions throughout the planning process and she was so calm and organised on the day leaving us relaxed and just enjoying ourselves. Her recommendations for other suppliers, including catering and transport were spot on and we received wonderful service from all of them. On top of this we’re big wine fans so getting married in a vineyard was just what we wanted and the wines at Bulong are really delicious, we and our guests thoroughly enjoyed them!
