Dress was amazing but customer service a bit tricky. Was told that my dress had arrived so I organised my parents to fly interstate for my final fitting. On our 1.5hour drive there we were notified 20 minutes from arrival that it wasn’t actually there and a courier had not dropped it off. Although they then mailed it to me it was very difficult trying to find a new tailor where I lived that wasn’t booked and my parents were disappointed too. They probably shouldn’t have told me the dress was there when it wasn’t at all.

Guys were great on the night very flexible with changing time lines. A little bit difficult to coordinate with as we were interstate but all worked out in the end!
