Absolutely stunning venue. This winery was perfect for us. What really worked was that they have both indoor (pavilion) and outdoor. For our wedding day, we had originally planned to have our ceremony outdoor but that morning the heat was so bad that our florist informed us that the flowers would not survived if they had to set it up outside so between Jeannie the General Manager of Elmswood and our florist Jess from Voigts florist they made the executive decision to move everything indoor (because I didn't pick up the phone while doing make up). This turned out to be the best decision because later that day there was a hail storm! Jeannie is great to work with. Always has our best interests in mind and watches out for us! Super attentive, very helpful and the venue was beautiful! So grateful that we have decided to host our wedding at Elmswood.

We couldn't have asked for a better celebrant. Naomi was fantastic and extremely professional and kept us well informed. Love her FAQs and the easy to navigate questionnaire that helped us write our vows and her speech and it was so personable. She was always contactable and always there for us.

I love Rena from RL Makeup and Hair! It was quite a last minute request because my trial make up with another vendor didn't work out but Rena managed to work around her schedule to squeeze me in. Since I was coming overseas and can only do the trial the day before so we were whatsapp'ing all the time for me to show her what type of hairstyle and make up I want and just swapping ideas so she can prep before hand and try to get the trial right in one go. Rena listened to what I like and explained what will work with my flower band. She did a great job with my Mother in law as well!

Jess from Voigt's planned our wedding and exceeded our expectations. I had a clear idea what I liked, the type of flowers and colours and she was able to deliver. Not only did she get all the flowers, bouquet, buttonhole, circlet, petals right she was also very experienced. During setup that morning she thought the weather was way too hot for the flowers/deco to survive so therefore together with Jeannie from Elmswood Estate, they made the executive decision to move everything indoor because we weren't contactable. This turned out to be the best decision because later that day there was a hail storm!
