These guys are absolutely fantastic! Their service and expertise are beyond what they need to provide you. We were treated so nicely, felt so special and were even catered lunch. I can’t recommend them enough and would love to use them again any day of the week! Definitely won’t be disappointed

WeddingFlix are professional and responsive every step of the way. The team work so hard and on the day make you feel very comfortable. We received our highlight film less than a week after our wedding and were beyond ecstatic with it. They are fantastic and definitely one of the greatest value for suppliers out there!

I was so disappointed with my service here. I ordered 10 months ahead with a made to measure dress and all aspects were wrong. I was called for my first fitting 2 weeks before my wedding and the rush to fix all errors was stressful and extremely unprofessional. When raising concerns I would get ignored phone calls, rude responses and defensive customer service. They still had issues up until my day by even giving me the wrong veil. I am still awaiting a response on a refund for the wrong item. It was so sad that a special time was made to be stressful and no polite service or reassurance was given. Terrible for a store with such reputation and a large variety of dresses. Definitely do better and respond to criticism and feedback when you make mistakes. I was treated nice up until I paid, disappointing for sure.
