Its a stunning venue, the veggie garden, chapel, cabins, tents and bushland setting are truly beautiful. But in my opinion, the customer service we received at the Woods did not match its price. Communication was poor, transparency was lacking, and there was little sense of care or accountability from the management team. This lead to multiple issues occurring before, during and after the wedding day that didnt ruin our wedding, but made certain parts of it disappointing and underwhelming. I recommend getting an experienced wedding coordinator who knows this venue. If you don’t have the budget for one, I’d recommend choosing another venue
