John was a terrific MC & marriage celebrant. With the additional complexity turning the event from a birthday celebration to a surprise wedding, he really helped bring the event to life. He helped make the evening fun, relaxing and surprising, which is exactly what we wanted. We also loved that he customised the ceremony; it was very much in tune with our personalities, and it was the perfect length. The way he went about each part of the ceremony was so professional, we had such a fun night and are now very happily enjoying married life. We thank John for his wisdom, care and professionalism. The team at the Intercontinental were so accommodating, they upgraded our room upon hearing that it was out wedding night, we ended up with a large suite with great views. The facilities are second to none we would recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel for any special occasion.

We were so happy that we chose Kimba & Ryan to be a part of our surprise wedding. Right from the first conversation to the last song of the evening we were really impressed with their talent, professionalism, wealth of knowledge and experience. They really put us at ease form the get go. The recommendations and advice that they offered especially with the transition between the birthday and wedding ceremony really helped bring the event to life. The selection of music that they played on the night was perfect for the theme and it was just so beautifully executed. Also knowing that we didn’t have to worry about a thing made the evening so relaxing and we can’t thank Kimba & Ryan enough for that, absolutely perfect! Deanne captured our special day so well, all the photos were perfect. They were candid and natural, and amazing and exactly what we wanted! Not only did she capture the ceremony plus everyone at the wedding without our instruction but she also made the transition from the ceremony photography to the Photo Booth photography so seamless. It was such a pleasure having her at the wedding and she managed to capture the essence of the evening perfectly. Vue de Monde was the most amazing place to get married. From the floral arrangements to the surpurb food and the spectacular views, every last detail was perfect. During the planning process Nell attended to everything we needed and was so helpful with every question we had. On the day, Muriel was AMAZING, she was always there when needed. She also went out of her way several times – to ensure all the guests were present when we announced the surprise wedding, she immediately attended to many situations without having to even ask she's just one of those people with unique intuition. And what can I say about the food, incredible, unforgettable. Thank you for an evening we will never forget for the rest of our married lives. Soph & Mark.
