Richard conducted our ceremony and was simply perfect. We didn't have to worry about a thing and fully trusted we would have the personalised, intimate ceremony we had in mind. We were even surprised by a native American-Indian poem they incorporated, in honour of my husband's heritage.

After a very long and emotional day, it was heaven to slip into the wine-barrel outdoor spa bath and enjoy some solitude and peace with each other. Spicers' attention to detail (including luscious bathroom products, bedside water-bottles, and little cookies and T-2 teas in the kitchen) topped our night off perfectly.

We got married at Little White Wedding Church in Maleny, QLD (http://www.littlewhiteweddingchurch.com.au/), which was a dream. Trevor even took care of our flowers, decorations, music, and provided and drove our gorgeous wedding car. Trevor was our own personalised wedding planner and made sure everything ran to perfection.

My husband and I are not materially-minded, and so we knew we wanted to use Secrets for our wedding bands. Since we saved so much by using a retailer who sells manufactured diamonds, we were able to afford to buy each other wedding-day gifts as well, instead of splashing out on the rings alone. To this day, I still get asked where my diamonds came from - no one is the wiser.
