Food requested the morning of was on time and the hotel staff were more than happy to hold some bouquets during photos etc for us and let us use the restaraunts area to wait for the time to leave :)

Late check in after the wedding night champagne on arrival in the room as organised with a note to the new mr & mrs however all these things had to be organised by my parents nothing was discounted nothing was cheap. Friendly stay clean rooms etc valet parking fees charged also when you are already paying top dollar for rooms.

Elton & the crew made everything seamless on the day very easy to work with. Photos were delayed however he has made up for that! Worth their weight in gold!

Our driver was fantastic! The day was not the greatest on the weather front. Driver gave us umbrellas etc and was great fun to have around on the day!!! Payment was easy organising was simple just what you need when organising a wedding.
