Amy did an amazing job for our wedding cake! We were confident in Amy from the word Go. For our initial meeting, she had an array of unique flavours for us to taste (and take away!) and I sent her pictures of what I wanted and viola! It was exactly like the picture! The cake tasted fabulous! It taste just a good as it looked! I would go back to her in a heartbeat for some more lemon curd vanilla sponge! Thanks Amy!

Julia is great to work with. She's full of energy and is very accommodating. We asked her to help us read the Dr Suess wedding asking as part of the ceremony and she did a great job! She was organised and made is really clear and simple as to what paperwork was required.

the wedding bouquets and table arrangements were stunning - the colour combinations suited the wedding colours and were colourful without being overpowering. Each jar looked unique and were great as wedding gifts to the guests! I loved that there was some fresh mint in the bouquet! perfect for a hot day as it smelt amazing!

Dolly is fantastic to work with. She made is super easy - I just sent her the run sheet, a couple of song selections and it was done. She had all the guests on the dance floor - great song selections!!!

Immerse is a great venue. Everything is on site - they have a beautiful chapel (air conditioned!) there are rose gardens, vineyards, on site accommodation and a sizeable venue which has been newly renovated. The food is also great, with full servings for the wedding meals. Staff were largely accommodating - there were a few stuff ups for our wedding planning with a change of staff, however, staff assisted where they could. One disappointing thing was that the breakfast served the next day for the guests that stayed overnight was extremely small - more like half portions. One small slice of toast, with one poached egg and a small piece of bacon isn't really what you'd expect after a generous wedding meal the night before!

Great range of suit hire - plenty of styles, colours and choices available. The boys just rocked up 2 days before the wedding to get suited up and all sizes were available - no issues with height!
