Took a very long time for my dress to arrive and customer service isn't the best here. I have heard many horror stories along the way about this shop. They were very difficult to deal with after I purchased my gown.....such as times to come in for fittings had to suit them. It is very hard for people such as myself , who works in Bacchus Marsh to get to a shop over an hour away during work hours. Lovely gowns , but not sure if they are worth the trouble they have caused some brides, including ordering wrong sizes etc.
