Vicki and her team together with Ward Benedict turned my wedding vision into reality. My husband and I changed the ceremony venue the day before our wedding, which she was happy to accommodate and met up with us to go through all the details. I also couldn’t sleep the night before of my wedding and first thing in the morning at 7am I sent her a text asking to change the arbour type and she did !!!!!!!! With these last minute changes, it is very clear she works with the attitude “whatever you want, we can do it!!” This is what you want when you are trying to plan a wedding and can’t be physically be there and hence make last minute changes when you arrive to your destination wedding. The set up for both ceremony and reception was just beyond magical, our guests all loved it and described it as one of the most beautiful weddings they have been to. My husband and I look back fondly of our fairytale destination wedding .....Thank you so much Vicki and your team in creating our dream wedding. Love Mr and Mrs Perna Xoxox

Anna was our celebrant and she was just amazing. She took the stress off and ensured the day ran smoothly by engaging us before the ceremony, responding to emails, speaking on the phone and meeting in person for a rehearsal. This demonstrated she wanted the day to be a success as she took on all responsibilities such as communicating and keeping our guests well informed on the schedule of the ceremony. Alot of preparation was done prior to the ceremony where drafts were sent back and forth for amendments and confirmation on what will be spoken in our ceremony. She sent through lots of inspiration for wedding vows and exchange of the rings for us to choose from. On the day of the ceremony, my husband told me that she really went beyond her role as a Celebrant and offered to take on other responsibilities, ie. whatever the GROOMZILLA needed as he was stressing out! During the ceremony, I was extremely nervous with public speaking, and Anna really helped me calm my nerves. We would highly recommend her as your Celebrant, you will feel nothing but love and want that as the start of your journey as husband and wife. Thank you Anna! Mr and Mrs Perna

Derani was just a joy to work with. She returned all my phone calls whenever I had any questions regarding my arrival on her horse and carriage. Everyone was completely blown away when she turned up! After the ceremony she also was able to take my guests for a short ride around the area. Thank for making our day so successful. Mr and Mrs Perna

The best photobooth ! Thank you Ian ! I would recommend this to anyone who is having a wedding, guests will love the high technology as you can send it straight to your phone and also receive a copy of the photos.

My husband and I had a destination wedding in Port Douglas and we had our wedding cake made by the Hungry Hummingbird. Anthea was so helpful with responding to all my questions and returned all my phone calls when we were deciding on the cake details. The end result was a wedding cake that not only looked beautiful but tasted sooooooooooooo delicious, I had so many of my guests commenting on how yummy it was !!!!!! My husband who rarely eats deserts had seconds even thirds haha ! I would highly recommend The Hungry Hummingbird to brides and anyone who wants a delicious memorable tasting cake for any occasion! Zoe did the most incredible make up on myself and my 2 bridesmaids. We did a trial first, I didn't even specify what colours I wanted, I just trusted she would do an amazing job, which she did. I will quote what my husband said 'Thank you Zoe for doing the impossible - making my wife look even more beautiful..' I felt like a celebrity on my wedding day thanks to her hair and makeup artistry. All my guests were blown away with how beautiful she made me look. Thank you Zoe!!!!!

I would highly recommend Wynne to anyone who wants beautiful flowers for their big day. She did an exceptionally incredible amazing job with delivering the theme I had envisioned. All my guests commented on how beautiful the flower arrangements were. I sent her through pictures from PINTEREST and she would happily provide a quote on every flower details ranging from bouquet, to buttonholes, arbour, and table centrepieces, not to mention the bridal table. We spent hours perfecting my flower theme, I changed my mind so many times (as you do when you see other themes that are nicer to what you had in mind when PINTEREST keeps sending you emails on the latest trends) and she was always very accommodating and extremely patient as at that stage I haven't even paid her yet. Nu Nu was our catering company for our beautiful outdoor destination wedding in Port Douglas. We did a taste testing with them and their food was just divine so we knew we had to have them cater for us as we wanted all of our guests to have only the best food since they are all flying to our wedding. On our wedding day, only positive comments were made about the food from our guests, which was a success. It really was delicious, my guests couldn't believe they were able to produce such amazing restaurant quality food from their offsite equipment. Their food and BYO drinks packaged option really made it for us, as it allowed us the flexibility to bring our own preferred drinks within our budget. Our wedding co-coordinator, Kelsey, responded to all of our emails and phone calls with hundreds of questions, and she also asked us questions to bridge the missing gap of detail, making it a smooth incredible successful night.
