Just before my wedding, the shop front & FB page was closed, without any communication at all. In spite of a simplistic design and photographs of exactly what I wanted, the design was not at all what I asked for. Terrible customer service.

Delicious food, very well presented, extremely well coordinated. Everyone was very happy with the food, drinks and service at this wonderful venue. Will be visiting Caversham restaurant again and again for anniversaries.

Lorna was professional, very helpful and easygoing. She provided examples of each stage of the ceremony and was open to suggestions and modifications, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

The centrepiece candelabras and bridal table decorations looked lovely. They were laid out exactly as discussed. Vilma was very helpful from start to finish, great customer service.

All of our stationary was done by Lush, and it was exquisite and elegant, setting the theme for our wedding very nicely. Lush are based in Sydney and are still cheaper to use than popular Perth based stationary stores.

The heritage room we stayed in was simply beautiful. However, there was no acknowledgement regarding our wedding at all. Also, the room service menu clearly stated a breakfast option, however staff refused it. The phone had no information on it either, so reaching reception was guesswork.

Jason was professional, and kept things running smoothly during the planning phase as well as during the reception. He did a great job of making sure everyone enjoyed themselves, and put together a fun mix of our own and some of his own selections.

Truly beautiful venue. The Hidden Gardens are divine, a grand limestone staircase, beautiful waterfall feature, rustic swing & gates, and beautiful greenery. The restaurant is elegant and the staff helped things run smoothly from start to finish. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Maggie Sottero makes absolutely stunning gowns, I believe they have something for everyone's tastes. If you love her designs but are on a student budget like I was, there's a good variety of Maggie Sottero gowns available for sale second hand for about 1/4 of the price.
