Ordered ribbon & boxes online with a "5 day delivery". They didn't arrive after 3 weeks and after alot of phone chasing it turned out the items were on "back order" (despite still being advertised online), managed to get us something after visiting their warehouse 2 days out!

Gina was incredibly professional from the start. She offered a range of ceremony suggestions and was happy to take our thoughts on board (even the quirky ones). On the day we had guests comment about how warm and caring she was. Highly recommended

Hired table runners and chair ties. Were great at getting back via email (including sending pictures before confirming the booking) and straight forward pickup/drop off. Some casual racism from staff though :(

Perfect if you want something interesting and creative and a great range of options and ideas. Their bridal service is very good and the attention to detail is high. Very reasonable price- bride & groom outfits together cost less than many traditional bridal dresses I'd seen.

Pictures are stunning and in less than two weeks we've already been provided with the photos. She was quite flexible and was happy to chat about options for what we actually needed rather than forcing us into a set package and gave good suggestions for interesting shots on the day.
