She was very accommodating and easy to work with, especially as we got married at Eynesbury Homestead - she offers special bonuses as this location is so close to her home. I cannot adequately express how much of a truly beautiful and amazing person Monique is. I love that she was my choice for our hair and makeup for the wedding, because she absolutely blew it out of the park. From my trial with her, I was quickly comfortable and felt listened to. Monique took my inspo for my bridal hair and made it 100 times better. I adored my hair and makeup on the day, and got so many compliments. Despite crying 3 times on the day (happy tears!) my makeup didnt run at all, it lasted through the night so well. I am not a regular makeup user at all, and am quite pale so I was nervous looking for a hair and makeup artist. But I had nothing to fear with Monique because she was so lovely, listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want, and just made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She made me feel truly beautiful. On the day she did my hair and makeup, and the makeup for 3 bridesmaids, my mum, and MIL. She bought in an assistant to do everyone else's hair except mine, and the assistant was also lovely and did a fantastic job. All of my bridesmaids and mums loved Monique and their experience on the day, and they were all so beautiful! One of my bridesmaids, who has attended plenty of weddings and had her hair and makeup done before, commented that no other makeup artist had taken the time to ask her about her comfort levels with makeup, what she did and didn't like, and made sure she was happy and comfortable with what was happening. My bridesmaid has now taken Monique's details for her own wedding in a year, because she loved the experience with Monique so much. I can't thank Monique enough, she made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day - I felt like a princess! Thank you Monique!!

Bernard at Epic Wedding Entertainment was fantastic! He perfectly pulled off a fun night, incorporating our suggestions and wishes, and ensuring that the dance floor was always occupied later in the evening! Bernard was super easy to communicate with, both before and during the event. We are super happy with our choice of DJ because Bernard was so easy to work with, he was organised and accommodating, and made the evening so easy. Thank you Bernard!

Eynesbury Homestead was the perfect wedding venue for us, offering a lot of convenience in one beautiful location. We had the ceremony and reception all on site, and our photographer was spoilt for choice when it came to portraits, because the grounds and gardens of Eynesbury Homestead - with the classic and elegant bluestone building in the background - is only one backdrop for stunning photos. There are plenty of old and rustic buildings in the immediate vicinity if you are going for that country/rustic vibe, or a lovely lake a 3min walk away. It made the day a breeze as it meant that neither us or our guests had to leave the venue at all during the event. There is also a bridal suite for the bride's party to use, which meant we were able to do hair and makeup on site on the day - I loved how easy and convenient this was. All staff during the event itself were kind and professional, and I loved that they made sure we had enough to eat and drink throughout the day! The event coordinator Melinda was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Easy to communicate with, and we met with her at least four times on site prior to the big day - she was very flexible and accommodating, and had so much knowledge to share. She made our day so easy, and I am so grateful for all her help and guidance in the lead up and on the day itself. All food served on the day was yummy, we went for the canape package for a more informal reception and the food was plentiful and delicious. We also did the pre-dinner grazing table for our guests while we were off doing photos - highly recommend because this was amazing and beautifully presented. It exceeded our expectations by a mile! None of our guests had any complaint about the food or venue, and certainly no one left hungry. We don't have a bad word to say about Eynesbury Homestead as a wedding venue, because our experience was amazing. We also think it was competitively affordable, because it was one of the lower quotes we received, and offered a lot of bang for buck. It was easy, convenient, and beautiful, and I wouldn't change a thing about our choice. A massive thank you to Eynesbury Homestead and in particular Melinda for a wonderful, magical event.
