The staff at the resort were welcoming, friendly, accommodating and most importantly, interested in our business. Most of our dealings were with Personal Conference Executive, Alyssa Wilson, and she was wonderful to deal with. Any requests made or questions asked were been dealt with immediately. None of our queries or requests were ever too hard or too much of a problem for her. I HIGHLY recommend the Palmer Coolum Resort for an unbelievable, stress free and accommodating wedding experience.
