I bought my wedding dress at the Moonee Ponds store. Staff were reasonably helpful. The dress I tried was way too big so they took my measurements and ordered a smaller size. When the dress arrived it was too small around the waist (and had lost weight since I was measured). Fortunately I found a good dressmaker who fixed it but the initial panic wasn't enjoyable!

In a great location by the water in Williamstown, Melbourne and the food was fantastic at our wedding. A proper seating chart would have been nice given there are a few poles around the room. Otherwise very happy with the service provided.

The Booth Butlers were fantastic on the night - showing people how to use the booth, making sure photos and messages were left in our guestbook and returning props to the table to be used again. Communication in the lead up to the wedding was excellent - prompt replies to questions and they also took the initiative and liaised directly with our reception venue regarding arrival times and access etc. This was really appreciated as it meant one less thing to organise the week before! We also received all our photos on a USB and in an online gallery the day after the wedding. Highly recommended.
