The venue is beautiful and with all the ornate lights and building details, it almost decorates itself. Rowanne is lovely, albeit quite strong, she helped make our day run smoothly. The only problem we had is that the downstairs ballroom was painted a dark colour and really needed more light, I'd recommend brings some lamps or something to lighten it up.

While the facilities were good, there was a pool, golf course, restaurants etc, the service was really bad for what you'd expect for a 5 star hotel. No-one opened a door for us when we arrived with heavy bags, my husband lost his glasses somewhere on site and instead of reception ringing around to the golf club, restaurants and so on they told us we had to go to each separately and ask.

Jill was fantastic! From the moment we met her she was warm and friendly and we knew we wanted her as our wedidng celebrant. Her fees were quite reasonable and on the day she just was just perfect. I cant recommend her highly enough.

Can I give 0 stars? Two months after our wedding we haven't received all our photos. Its impossible to get in contact with Phil, he doesn't reply to emails and when he does he always has an excuse as to why he hasn't provided them yet and then tells me he will upload them now. Which doesn't happen. I have put in a complaint with fair trading.
