The cake display in store was definitely inspirational. We engaged with Lauren and designed our perfect 3-tier wedding cake. The end result was beautiful - most importantly, the cake was moist and full of rich flavours. The only improvements would be in the customer service - We felt that there wasn't much of a pricing guide and communication (via phone and emails) weren't so reliable.

John and I were very pleased to have had Andrew facilitate our wedding ceremony at the Park Hyatt Melbourne. Andrew was extremely organised and had helped us through the whole process to ensure that we understood the legal requirements and ceremony procedures from day one. Our family and friends all enjoyed the ceremony and we were all very impressed by the story Andrew wrote about our ‘Bride & Groom Journey’. The story had a good mixture of personal touches, quotes, humour and most importantly our love for one another. Thank you again Andrew for making our day so special!

Function Accessories were conveniently located in South Melbourne and had a huge range of table linen, chair covers, centre pieces and other wedding requirements. We appreciate the attention to detail for our centre pieces - the end result was amazing. It had certainly complimented the Trilogy Room at the Park Hyatt. Our guests loved the table set up! Paul was very experienced with the set up at the Park Hyatt and was able to give excellent advice.

I had absolutely loved my rose bouquet - the arrangement, colours, fresh roses were stunning! All of our bridal bouquets were packaged well and stayed fresh all day despite the 34 degree day. Suzi was so helpful and listened to our preferences when selecting the flowers required for the wedding. All of the flowers were delivered on time as requested and professionally arranged / boxed up with water containers etc.

We stayed in the Spa King Suite at the Park Hyatt for our wedding night. The room was well located overlooking the gardens and church. It was a beautiful and spacious room. The lounge area easily allowed our bridal party to enjoy a rest between our ceremony and reception. The bathroom was also amazing as it featured a full size bath tub, his & her basins, shower and plenty of amenities.

A big thank you to Ann and her team at AT Studio (Wantirna South) for organising the hair and make up for me (the bride), my bridesmaids and our mothers. All of the hair and make up was completed early in the morning and minimal touch up was required throughout the day!

Thank you to DJ Kiel who entertained our guests throughout our reception. He arrived at the venue early to set up his equipment and conducted tests to ensure that the night ran smoothly. DJ Kiel was energetic and fun - our guests enjoyed his music mix and MC skills during the night. The only downside with DJ Masters was having to follow up on our requests over the phone and in emails. It took some time for them to allocate a DJ and arrange a meeting - this is something we would have wanted to organise earlier to avoid unnecessary stress, it was ideal to leave it until 1 week out from the wedding.

Leon and his team worked really well together to ensure that they caught our special moments on camera (photos and videos). We really enjoyed that they took the time to consult with us a few times prior to our wedding day to make sure they understood our preferences. On the day, they were punctual and got to work straight away with minimal direction from us or the bridal party. They were familiar with our venue (Park Hyatt Melbourne) and were able to utilise the building's architectural design and natural surroundings to artistically capture our special moments of joy and laughter with our family. We can't wait to see the final photo albums, canvas and videos!

We had visited a large number of wedding reception venues across Melbourne - As soon as we visited Park Hyatt for the first time, it was hard to turn away. We would like to say a special thank you to Sarah, Olivia and the wonderful team at the Park Hyatt. Sarah and Olivia have always made themselves available to meet and/or answer every single query via phone/email. The venue was perfect - a classic mixture of elegance and contemporary designs made our time there very memorable. We had our ceremony in the courtyard garden and our reception was held in the Trilogy Room. Every single detail was taken care of by the team - our guests were very happy with the professionalism and attentiveness of the catering team - the food was beautifully presented and delicious! Thank you again for making our day run so smoothly.

Thank you to John for his help and advice on selecting our wedding cars. We chose two of his classic Rolls Royce Silver Clouds in white. Both cars were in immaculate condition and clean inside and out. The cars ran so smoothly and were extremely spacious inside. Air Conditioning was also effective on this hot day! John and his team were very friendly and accommodating to our bridal party. We really appreciate that they were punctual and did their research prior to undertake the best routes to each location throughout the day.

We chose the Tiffany Setting as the engagement ring - A simple yet elegant design. This single diamond set in platinum is definitely a timeless piece. To match the engagement ring, the team recommended the Tiffany Shared Setting as the wedding band - the combination was perfect! For John (the groom), we chose a simple platinum design wedding band which is very comfortable to wear. We were extremely happy with all of our rings selected - Thank you to the team at Tiffany's for the help and superb customer service.
