We had a 3 tier chocolate and white chocolate mud cake with baileys buttercreamfilling. It Was decorated with ruffles on the bottom , chain work on the middle layer with a plain dusty pink topper with a white poeney roseon top.. Not only did it look spectatular the taste was divine. Santhiago also made Gluten free cupcakes for some of the guests . He is just amazing Highly reccommend Coco Cakes Highly recommended +++++

Paul and his team made The Sheraton ballroom look abosutely fabulous for us.. I loved all the colours but had my heart set on Blue and it looked amazing and this did not change form when I picked it 12 months in advance.. Highly Recommended ====

These guys draped the walls of The Sheraton Hotel Ballroom for me and uplit with blue lighting. It really made the draping "pop" and definately gave the WOW factor. Thanks so much. Highly recommended +++

For my family of seven , we took adjoiing rooms and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. A great place to stay. I booked 9 months in advance to sucure the best price - after all it was St Valentines Day and we spent 5 nights there. So it definately paid off booking so far in advance. Highly recommended +++

Robert James Kirk was a wonderful M.C as well as D.j playing his guitar during canapes and entree . Although we chose some of the music it was impossible to choose everything so we just asked Rob to cater for 90 years down to 30years. The music ceratinly was fantastic even the little tots of 2 got up and danced. A great night at THe Sheraton reception. Highly recommended +++++

I was their first wedding and it was stunning. The Hotel ballroom was just perfect. We had beautiful pictures from the rooftop to the marble staircase. The food we chose was presented beautifully. Nothing was too hard and nothing was impossible, They were a lovely bunch of people Thanks for a very memorable wedding reception. +++++

Cassrars Chrysler 11 passenger limosine was silver and came with 3 child seats already in it for us , we added our own baby pod which Andrew , our driver fitted for us. It was really wonderful finding a limo. service that not only allowed children in their cars but catered for them. A Big thumbs up!!! Our Driver Andrew couldn't have more helpful or wonderful on the day. Driving all around Melbourne for photos and stll arriving at St Johns Toorak on time. I would highly recommend this Limo Service +++++ Even the wine was yummy and the lighting - just perfect. The dove release was an added plus and made for beautiful pictures. Thanks agian.
