I would have given them one star but the lady that fixed all the issues saved the day. When I ordered my dress I was measured a 10 but was advised that if I'm planning on losing weight I should order an 8 as there's only one inch difference. I lost 2 kilos (slow progress I love food) but turns out there's a 4 inch difference between an 8 and 10. Any way the second woman that served me when I did my dress fitting didn't tell me this, she rudely said the dress wasn't going to fit coz I was fat and was pretty much calling me a liar. She also berated my mum so I told her to go find someone with a nicer attitude. The lady that served me after her, who has been with the company for over 20 years said that I was advised incorrectly about the inches. Luckily for me it was written down in my order to lose 1 inch. They took the dress out for free which was good but five days before the wedding they finally gave me my veil, the wrong one, looked like a communion veil! However she also saved the day and gave the correct one three days before my day with a charm as a gift. I wish I remembered her name because if she hadn't been there I don't know what I would've done to control my anger

Outstanding from the get go! Love those women from fantasy cakes! We bought my kitchen tea cake and wedding cake. Super moist and their attention to detail is amazing. My sister got married a year after me and I sent her there. Now she's pregnant and guess where the baby shower cake is coming from! You will not be disappointed

My uncle paid for our accommodation after our wedding and it was amazing. I would have preferred to just go home so I could sleep in but I didn't want to upset him. Be sure to book 2 nights as it defeats the purpose to check in at 2am and check out by 10am. We weren't going on our honeymoon until the following week.

I love Helen!! I hate wearing make up mainly because I don't know how to apply it☺️ My makeup, the bridesmaids and my mums makeup was flawless and lasted the whole night! Many brides that I have sent to Helen have also said the same. She's passionate and it shows in her work.

The best in the business. Michael is brilliant and really gets the crowd going. He's music gets everyone up on the dance floor. Every function we have had we have booked Michael and he never fails. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommended!

I can not say enough good words about Richard! Professional, friendly, dedicated and a real gentleman which is rare these days. A real family business that's been around for many many years. Limo was beautiful and spacious and above all else is was spotless! His wife had put us a lovely bottle of champagne but the girls drank it before we even got to the church. They told me it was delicious lol

Richard is brilliant! We had the best laughs with him and the staff at pro eye. He captured moments when no one knew he was filming and when we looked at the footage we laughed so hard!
