Lots of excellent restaurants on-site and next door at the Marina (plus high tea), lovely pool and lagoon area, and great rooms (nice decks and big bathtubs). Wish we could have stayed longer!

Ordered pavlovas/cheesecakes as extra reception desserts. Sister called them the day before to check in, and had no record of our order. I had a meltdown and when called them 15 minutes later, they’d found the order, but hadn’t bothered to call back to tell us. Good cakes though!

Driver was wonderful with coming to the door to meet us, and even helping me and my massive wedding dress get into the car. He was very friendly, and we adored his chauffeur outfit and the (literal) red carpet treatment. Very prompt on the day, fast communication throughout the process.

Our guest transportation from ceremony to reception. They offered the best price for the number of seats, and also the largest mini-buses we found. Fast on email communication, and no problems with the logistics on the day.

Flowers turned out beautifully, and fit fantastically with our colour scheme. No one asked us if they were fake, so I guess our guests had no idea! Great keepsake. Lee was very patient throughout process, and fast on sending photos of updated versions of the bouquets via email.
