I recently purchased my wedding dress from LUV Bridal, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the store itself is beautiful, with a stunning selection of dresses that made it easy to find the perfect one for my special day. The dress I chose was absolutely gorgeous and made me feel amazing on my wedding day. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the staff. Unfortunately, they were not very friendly and came across as rather aggressive. This made the dress shopping process more stressful than it needed to be. It's a shame because the store and dresses are truly lovely. In summary, while the dress from LUV Bridal was perfect and contributed to making my wedding day wonderful, the unfriendly and aggressive attitude of the staff detracted from the overall experience. If they could improve their customer service, it would make shopping there an absolute dream.
