Jerome and the whole team at Dalton Catering were out of this world AMAZING!! We were lucky enough to have them cater our 100 person wedding at a private venue in 2019. From the very beginning, their professional, attention to detail and easy going way of working made planning our most important day so simple. We knew we were getting the best of quality and that they had thought of EVERYTHING. Dalton took care of food, service, drinks, set up and pack down and even breakfast the next day. To this day, our friends are still raving about how incredible the food was. If you are getting married or hosting an event, do yourself the biggest favour and just pick Dalton. It will be the best decision you make!!
