Not only is he a genuinely great bloke, but he is the absolute definition of a professional who truly loves what he does! From the very beginning, Ryan guided us through every step of the process with such warmth, sincerity and genuine care. He knew exactly when to offer guidance, when to step back and let us make things our own, and somehow made the entire process feel effortless. But the ceremony itself? WOW. Just WOW!
