I came across Poonam through my virtual shopping experience and we hit it off straight away. Though I didn't end up going with that certain brand, as a leaving note she mentioned she does wedding planning and in my head I was like 'I've got this'. Boy I was wrong.. Scrambling close to the big day and we had a referral from a friend who spoke highly of their planner, turned out to be Poonam from Maharani Diaries- this world is small. Comfort and ease are the two things that she consistently brought to the process. Most of us are planning a wedding for the first time and there's so many details that go into a day, let alone 4 days and Poonam and her team were all about the finer details. She was prompt, did thorough check ins which was well needed for us planning virtually, constant follow ups
