Sam from Sweet Fix is calm, cool and professional. This makes organising a wedding cake super easy. We had a cake tasting that wasn't an extra cost (like other cake suppliers were going to charge us) and Sam provided 5 different flavours for us to try. What can I say... gorgeous venue, amazing staff and our wedding coordinator (Hayley) was an angel!!!! We only had 2 meetings with Hayley and she was so great at providing ideas and making our day extremely special. we had our ceremony and reception at Hillstone and it went so well. Hayley liaised with our suppliers on the day and all went smoothly.

we had a cocktail themed reception and we wanted to keep things simple but elegant. Hayley at Hillstone arrange some classic decorations for our ceremony and reception and made the event perfect. Kerry was wonderful. So easy to work with and my flowers were perfect. I showed her some ideas and Kerry pretty much matched them using seasonal flowers. She offered ideas for the buttonholes for the parents of the groom and bride. Plus she was able to change the colours of our daughter's posey a week from the wedding after her dress colour changed. Nothing was an issue and Kerry was very responsive. Thank you Kerry!!
