It’s hard to find the words to truly do justice to the unwavering professionalism, warmth and attention to detail shown by Teresa, Olivia and the entire events team. Every interaction with them — whether via email, over the phone or in person — was marked by genuine care, calm expertise and a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude that made the lead-up to our day feel smooth and joyful. No task or request was ever too big or too small. From last-minute changes to guest numbers, to accommodating our extended speeches that went overtime, the team handled it all with grace and flexibility. We felt supported every step of the way, and their constant presence — often in the background, anticipating needs before they even arose — gave us and our families total peace of mind. The venue itself is simply breathtaking. The ballroom is elegant and spacious, with ambient lighting and beautiful acoustics that set the perfect tone for our reception. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on the stunning layout and especially appreciated the adjoining foyer — a thoughtfully designed space that allowed those wanting a quieter moment or conversation to step away from the music without missing a beat. The presence of a dedicated bar in the foyer was a huge hit, making it effortless for guests to mingle and enjoy a drink while still feeling part of the celebration. It’s rare to find a venue that not only looks amazing but is also run with such passion, care, and excellence behind the scenes. The Pan Pacific made our dream wedding come true — seamlessly and beautifully — and we are endlessly grateful.
