The customer service by the Bramleigh team was exceptional. We were greeted by the lovely team at Bramleigh as soon as we walked through the door. They took us for a tour and went through the various wedding packages they offered. I loved their wedding packages that listed all the inclusions and no hidden costs. The package includes the ceremony as well as fresh flower centerpieces for each guest table, which other venues don’t include. The supplier was extremely organised. We received a wedding booklet with all the wedding details/schedule, and templates that we needed to know. We had dietary restrictions which the team accommodated and all our guests really enjoyed the food at our wedding, especially the canapés. The team was also very attentive and assisted with many of the wedding preparations, such as the welcome and guest-able signage, wedding bonbonniers, menu, setting up the kids' table, confetti and bubbles, and playing songs off my spotify playlist during the ceremony. Communication was exceptional. Phone calls, e-mails and in person were well attended to. The service was also very smooth and prompt on the wedding day. The team was very organised, and I didn’t have to stress that things were not done or delayed. The meals came out on time and everyone got their meals all at the same time. Good portion of the meals and dessert presentation is on point. The kids loved their burgers and chips meal. Overall, the whole experience was fantastic, and I’m so glad I stumbled across this beautiful wedding venue as I didn’t know about it previously. I’ve been to other wedding venues but nothing is quite like Bramleigh. We received a lot of positive feedback from our guests about how stunning the venue was and how delicious the food was. Reviewing Bramleigh is super easy as they made my wedding so memorable. I highly recommend their venue and for anyone looking for a beautiful and cosy wedding.
