Gomez and his team truly made our special day unforgettable. From the very first meeting he listened to what we wanted and liked, but then elevated it in ways my husband and I could never have imagined. We both love Chinese food, so he suggested a yum-cha service. This was a fun talking point for our guests (it went great with cocktails) and we got to eat our favourite food!
