We are over the moon with our choice of Jake as celebrant for our big day. He is charismatic with a kind and calm manner and throughout the whole process he made efforts to personalise our day. In the end, we got a ceremony that was funny, heartfelt and completely reflected who we are as a couple. Since our wedding we've had many guests comment on how how great Jake was and how they really felt he set the tone for the whole day. Our never-empty dance floor indicated that the tone he set was spot on! Not to mention - he was very helpful with answering any questions, and allaying any concerns we had in the lead up to the big day which helped to put us at ease.

Looking through their portfolio we knew we would not be disappointed in choosing Evernew Studio to capture our big day. Staff from the studio, including our photographer, Steph, maintained a relaxed, friendly and professional attitude throughout the entire process, from planning through to the main event. We felt they really listened to the kind of photos we were hoping for, and that this was reflected in the results - a collection of stunning photos from our day that we will cherish forever! We can't recommend highly enough.

We cannot thank The Baker Boys Band enough for setting the tone of our entire day. Our ceremony was soft and romantic, people were bopping during the canapés and the dance floor was full from the beginning of our reception to the end of the night. We've had so many comments from our guests about how great the band was, and how entertaining and engaging their energy was throughout the night. Completely professional, set up and ready to go on time, and ready for each planned set. They also maintained flexibility that allowed our night to feel smooth even where things might not have gone completely to plan or schedule (I'm told this is inevitable at weddings!). We will recommend The Baker Boys to anyone who asks.

I had only heard great things about The Powder Room while I was selecting a hair and make up team for my big day, and boy did they live up to the hype. They were professional, prompt, attentive, and talented. I was so pleased with the looks that Carla (make up) and Sarah (hair) created for myself and my bridal party. We felt beautiful all the way through from from morning to night! Highly recommend!

We can't express our gratitude to The Greek Club enough. They helped us plan and put on the wedding of our dreams. Our ceremony, canapés and reception were all held at one convenient location, just a stone's throw from many of Brisbane's best spots for photographs. We found them to be excellent in terms of value for money and very reasonable in terms of flexibility and options for our event. For us this really set them apart from other venues. Suffice to say, when you have a highly rated Greek venue in charge of food and drink, no one will go hungry.
