We held our ceremony and reception onsite at Vaucluse House. It was the simplest and easiest coordination with an experience team supporting and guiding our decisions when needed. We held champagne and canapes on the lawn at Vaucluse House post ceremony - the canapes were delicious and the wait staff were fantastic. The venue took the initiative to ensure our wedding party also had canapes and drinks being delivered while taking photos which was fantastic. On arrival at the Estate Restaurant, we had Aperol Spritz and Margaritas plus some hot canapes - cocktails were fantastic! The food is divine - guests commented that it was the best food they have had at a wedding. We opted for a shared table service.

We are so grateful to have had Oliver as our celebrant this year! He was so easy to work with in the lead up, and taking any thinking out of the process for me while planning. We wanted a relaxed, down-to-earth ceremony with limited formalities and he provided exactly that. We had friends and family after the ceremony asking if he was a friend of ours, which goes to show how comfortable he made everyone feel through the ceremony. Oliver has a great sense of humour, doesn't seem to get thrown easily by awkward/unexpected moments and was able to deliver jokes perfectly! We didn't have him as our MC, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for that also - I can see he would be exceptional keeping the reception moving and entertaining guests

We had Zaki Duo at our wedding in February this year to entertain guests while having champagne and canapes on the lawn at Vaucluse House post-ceremony. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the music was, and how it really set the scene as they wandered about the gardens! Isabel was an absolutely joy to liaise with, she is a ray of sunshine. She coordinated with the venue how to approach the location and set up, given this was to be during our ceremony itself. I couldn't recommend Zaki Duo higher if you are looking for beautiful live music for your ceremony!
