Jacinta and Shafick’s classic wedding full of love laughter and happy tears

When Jacinta first met Shafick through a school friend, she admits she was too shy and embarrassed to take the plunge and go on a date.

“But obviously the world wanted us to be together because after I met Shaf the first time, I kept bumping into him – even at the petrol station and at Hungry Jacks.”

The pair, now aged 26 and 31, celebrated love on November 4, 2018 alongside 300 guests at Sheldon Receptions in Sunshine, Victoria.

Following Shafick’s proposal, Jacinta had wasted no time planning the classic wedding. Jacinta’s dress was picked out and the church, reception venue, photographer and videographer were all booked a year and a half prior to the event.

“I went to appointments every night after work and made sure I did everything as early as I could,” says the bride. “We wanted to be able to choose who we wanted … who represented us best.”

Jacinta and Shafick’s team of carefully chosen suppliers pulled together for the day, achieving something truly unforgettable.

“Our wedding was magical and filled with love, laughter and happy tears.”

Jacinta purchased her bridal shoes from Badgley Mischka.

For that extra bit of bling every bride deserves, Jacinta chose a veil covered in Swarovski crystals!

“When I was walking down the isle to marry Shaf, I could only see him and no one else,” recalls the bride.

Flowers For Ever After provided the flower arrangements for the bridal party.

“Our reception was absolutely stunning. As soon as I walked into the room, I fell in love,” Jacinta says of Sheldon Receptions.
