This is what you can expect from the biggest wedding industry party of the year

The middle of the year is coming up quick, so if you haven’t got your tickets to Easy Weddings Evolve yet then what are you waiting for?

Not only will Easy Weddings Evolve be Australia’s largest-ever wedding business growth conference, but it will also be host to the wedding industry’s biggest party of the year.

The Evolve afterparty is exclusive to ticket holders of the conference and already included in the conference entry. So there’s no reason not to go!

So here’s what you can expect from the biggest wedding industry party of the year.

Good food and wine

We’ll be heading to the iconic ivy Precinct in the heart of Sydney’s CBD to celebrate the industry in style. The elegant ivy Sunroom will be transformed for the evening to offer a mix of casual seating, terrace networking, and of course somewhere to dance!

The space itself has plenty of room, including an outdoor terrace area, and floor to ceiling windows to view out into the night.

ivy is known for its sommelier service and award-winning catering so we’ll make sure to test a drop or two before the big night to make sure you’re getting more than just the ‘house white’. There will of course be canapes going around for the evening and we’re looking forward to some particularly fine bits and pieces from the team at Merivale to enjoy throughout the night.

Plus, the drinks and canapes will be on Easy Weddings, so bottoms up!

Specialist styling

Events by Nadia has been tasked with transforming the ivy Sunroom into what will be an outstanding work of art on the evening.

We’ve seen rooms transformed by Nadia that look like a magical floral castle, greenery-filled daydream, and even seen her give rooms an elegant celebrity vibe. So we are super excited to see what she’s going to do with this space.

It will be particularly interesting to see what wedding trends Nadia incorporates into the room come June. I personally think that we could be blessed with some dark and moody vibes and an increase in floral greenery for the evening, but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

Live and interactive entertainment

Since we’re going to be spending two days at the Evolve conference learning and growing our businesses, we want to make sure that we at least get to have a little bit of fun! So rather than simply hosting you in a pretty room, we’re booking some live and interactive entertainment for the evening to truly give it that wow factor.

Exactly what we’ll be entertained with is still under wraps, but some of our previous events have included DJs, live bands, contortionists and ribbon performances. It will definitely be something to watch out for!
