Our destination wedding packages are great for couples who want the process to be simple and straightforward but also want an experience that's different from what everyone else is doing. You love to travel and don't mind bringing others along for the ride. You're looking for amazing value from your wedding venue but also want to feel like you're getting a unique experience.

Each of our destination wedding packages outlines its inclusions in detail, but we can always add more elements as you go through the planning process. Each package includes wedding planning with an expert from our team, a ceremony and reception location with catering, and the wedding supplier essentials like a celebrant, photographer, florist, hair and makeup artist, and music. You can add on things like videography, transportation, styling, additional decor, a photo booth, and other entertainment. You can also add on experiences like spa packages or additional events surrounding your wedding, like a welcome cocktail party when guests arrive.

Not at all. In fact, the more flexible you are with dates, the more likely you are to find a venue that suits you at a great price. If you have a specific date, we'll help you find an available venue.

Generally, we recommend booking your venue about 10-14 months in advance, but it all comes down to availability in the area. If you're hoping for a longer engagement, you can certainly lock in a date 18-24 months out. Or, if you're in a bit of a rush, we can help you book a wedding package in a shorter window of 3-9 months. Most couples send their save-the-dates about 6-12 months before the wedding to give their guests plenty of time to coordinate travel.

That's up to you. We're happy to follow your lead on how much contact you need leading up to the day. We typically start with an in-depth call where we get to know each other before you sign up for a package. Once we have your deposit, we'll have multiple meetings on the phone or Zoom prior to your wedding day to talk through vendors and logistics, work on your day-of production timeline or run sheet, and introduce you to the day-of coordinator at your wedding venue. We'll also work extensively behind the scenes to field all communications with your venue leading up to the day, ensuring your wedding is seamless.

We've partnered with hotels and resorts in beautiful destinations to bring you an inclusive deal that brings everything you need for your wedding into one easy package. We will create your package from our curated list of 5-star local wedding professionals, and handle all the finer details of your plans. You can customise as much as you'd like and work with our team of experts for advice throughout the planning process.

Yes. During your planning journey, we'll have virtual group meetings or phone calls to introduce you to the venue's event manager and do a full handover of your wedding plans and run sheet. They'll greet you when you arrive at your destination, and they'll be your point of contact once you're on the ground, ready to celebrate.

With all our packages, you can select, add, or change the inclusions to suit your wedding day. Additions could be other events like a welcome party or day-after brunch, or components more specific to the wedding reception like fire dancers, a larger band, or an upgraded bar menu.

All of our destination wedding packages have a minimum of 20 guests. The maximum depends largely on the venue of your choice and the size of the available event spaces. The largest destination wedding venues usually max out around 300 guests for a wedding, but we're happy to advise on the best size venue based on your specific group's needs.
