Alyssa Brown has worked in the wedding industry since 2009, when she began working for Alison Events as a destination wedding planner. She spent a decade planning weddings with couples in luxurious places like Hotel du Cap Eden Roc in Antibes and in the meandering hills of Northern California’s wine country.

While she was with Alison Events, she started writing digital content, taking her expertise to a wider audience. What started with ghostwriting a wedding planning book later became a full-fledged career in digital content creation.

In addition to Easy Weddings and Venue Crew, Alyssa’s editorial work can be found on Martha Stewart Weddings, The Venue Report, and Tripadvisor, among other titles and brands.

Alyssa graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Advertising and Marketing Communications.
