A simple, but loving first-dance video, featuring Newcastle groom Benn Allsop and his new bride Abbie has gone viral, having been sharedย thousands of times – even by the likes of Hollywood A-lister Ashton Kutcher.
Theย Allsops’ย first-dance wedding video starts off just as any other, with the couple lovingly embracing and swaying to a favourite song, but then the tune starts to skip and jump – and the cheeky groom breaks away from his new bride, only to grab a microphone.
He then beginsย serenading his beaming wife with Thank You (Abbie’s Song), a rather catchy tune he pennedย himself.

The song, which runsย for fourย minutes sharesย how gratefulย Benn is forย Abbie’s love – and how he’s “been waiting my whole damn life for someone like you to be my wife.”
The bridal party joins in beforeย the exuberant bride is drowned in aย sea of white confetti.
Benn’s captivatingย video ends with Abbieย telling him, “That was amazing. I feel like I’m in a movie!”
