Wedding stylist or planner?

We're wanting to get married in an outdoor ceremony. We need to hire someone to take care of setting up and clearing up. Is this something a wedding stylist or planner could co-ordinate? Are the chairs etc usually hired through them as well, or do we need to hire these independently?

Reception Entertainment thats different and out there??

I have 5 people in total who require hair and make-up at a location in the city. I want natural looking make-up from someone with experience, as none of the 5 people wear make-up often and I don't want it to look too heavy on the day/obvious.
