Cheesecakes are delicious and a wedding cheesecake is an interesting idea.  Care would need to be taken with food safety.  I would suggest perhaps a display cake made with foam tiers with the cheesecake as a kitchen cake, so it can be kept at the right temperature until time to serve.

I have actually made a chocolate cake and instead of a buttercream as the filling I've made a baked raspberry & coconut swirl cheesecake instead and I must say it was an absolute hit with all the guests.

I'd be happy to discuss to see what we can create for your special day.

Do you mean a cake made out of cheese wheels or a Cheesecake similar to the Cheesecake Shop. I can organise the cheese wheels for a Cheese wheel wedding cake from local suppliers.  I can also make a baked cheesecake as a desert, however this would not be successful as a tiered cake especially the bottom tier but a smaller one could be used as the top tier.

hello, do you mean traditional, baked cheese cakes or wheels of cheese stacked like a cake? Eitherway, I can make both options.

Hi there, as delious as they are I don't make wedding cheesecakes for 2 reasons - 1. One needs to hold a Class 2 kitchen registration in order to sell perishable foods and 2. because they would require refridgeration, hence you cannot have them out on display waiting to be cut.
