I think the most important feature to consider when choosing a location with waterviews is - what will it look like at night? Many couples choose a waterview for a glorious view they see during the day when they first visist the venue, forgetting that once your recepetion commences (I'm assuming you are having an evening function) you and your guests are only looking out into darkness. Unless there is lighting around the water area casting a reflection or a view of lights in the distance - the view during your reception disappears. This is the resaon we have lights surrounding our lake area and gardens so that when night falls, and your guests wander out onto the Colebee Centre balcony area, the romance is still there! To answer your question, yes we do seat 200 guests and we do have waterviews. Also the floor to ceiling glass windows on the lake side provides your 200 guests with great views of not just day and twightlight views of the lake but also of the lake as it shines at night.
Bush Bank has sea views but can only accommodate up to 150 people for cocktail or 140 people for banquet/buffet style wedding.
