Can I get married in both a religious and civil ceremony?

We are looking for a venue with a late license?

We have family coming from overseas (France, UK) and it's unheard of to turn the lights on and the music off at midnight and kick everyone out when the party is just getting started. We are looking for a venue who will accommodate us until at least 2AM, if not all night. We are happy to DIY everything.
