How do we book you and can you hold our date?

You just need to fill out a booking form on our website www.wedding-livestream.com.au and we will check that we have the date available.

If the date is available, we'll send you a quote where you can pick which package and add-on features you would like.

Our services are offered on a first come first served basis but we will hold your chosen date whilst you decide which package and add-on's you would like.

Once you have accepted our quote and paid your 25% deposit your date will be secured and we will turn away other enquiries for that date.

How do you capture the audio?

Our preferred method of capturing audio is connecting into the celebrant or venues sound system plus an on camera mic as backup.

The alternative is to have wireless lapel mics on the groom and the celebrant.

Once you have booked a package, we will ask you to provide us with your venue or celebrants contact details once you have them available so that we can make sure we can easily capture the best quality audio of your ceremony.

We would like to add our reception speeches and first dance, is this possible?

YES! We have created a simple hourly add-on for reception coverage when booked with a ceremony live stream. This is a great add-on for those who want to capture reception speeches and the first dance for online guests who can't make it on the day.

We were so glad to have gotten Dave to come and livestream our wedding. Some of our couples have even told us that they watched their wedding on their wedding night!

Usually videographers take anywhere between 4 - 12 weeks and if they have a super busy season it could be even longer so having a live stream where your guests can not only view live but also have a copy to watch while you wait for your full video from the videographer is a great investment and something worth looking at too.
