Contracts are actually fantastic because it will clearly state what your charges are, the proceedings and you will not be suprised by any hidden costs. You can negotiate contracts before you sign them. They are an agreement between TWO parties. Remember that. If you are dissatified by the content of your contract or unsure of what something means, get clarification BEFORE you sign.
Make sure you read the fine print and all the details you discussed are included on the contract. Also make sure that they are not able to change the price at any stage during the planning process. Also check for hidden costs and make sure you compare the prices of these extras with industry standards prior to signing.
