Curfew:
Midweek (Mon-Thur) - 10:30pm music off 11:00pm lights out
Weekend (Fri-Sun) - 11:30pm music off 12:00 midnight lights out
Available dates: 2025, 2026, 2027
Outdoor: This is our specialty, you can have food trucks, caravan bar, pizza truck. Your choice of vendor is up to you (check out our preferred vendors)
Liquor: Because we are a DIY venue, you are responsible for the purchase of your own alcohol and bar staff.
Onsite accommodation:
Main Residence = 3 rooms
Farmhouse = 8 guests
Bridal Studio = 2 guests
Camping options: We allow free camping (we have showers and toilets for on-site for campers). You can bring your own tent or hire glamping tents. We have a hip-camp 800 metres from Bidja Estate that caters for caravans and RV's.
Length of stay: Two (2) nights stay is preferable as we have a tight turn-around between our midweek & weekend weddings.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm afraid we don't do pizzas, and wont allow for a pizza food truck, nor BYO alcohol. WE do have guest accommodation, not no camping.

Yes, we have a midnight offical curfew but you can also kick on a little longer with a small speaker for those staying onsite.
You can also have pizzas, food trucks and all BYO.
You can have glamping or camping plus there is a house onsite for 10 people..

Please be advised that the Sanctuary Cove Country Club Reception Package includes 4 Hour Venue hire. Shoud you wish to extend the venue hire till midnight, an addtional $250.00 per hour after the 4 hours is required.
We are affiliated with the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, Gold Coast and therefore we unfortunetly do not allow BYO Liqour, or have camping facilites.

We are located in Far North QLD so a bit of a trek for campers in NSW! We are licensed until midnight however this is only in our indoor venues. There is camping sites availabel closeby however not on property.

I think you will find that any venues close to accommodation for your guests will all have a curfew. Remote venues may not.
Our reception space is like a permanent white marquee, with a solid roof and paths leading to and from the villa and catering space. It opens into the beautiful orchard which is fairylit at night and can easily accommodate 100 guests with plenty of room for dancing.
Unfortunately, there are no facilities to camp onsite. However, we do offer accommodation for up to 16 guests at the villa. There is ample accommodation for your guests in nearby Air B + B's as well as camping grounds in Lismore.
Our couples can supply their own drink, which is an enormous saing. However, it must be served by wait staff who are RSA accredited (not guests at the wedding) on the night. of your event.
We do have a list of recomended caterers, including two who serve pizza and shared plate pasta options.
