Grampians Park Station offers a wide range of packages to suit every couple. The build of the property has been designed specifically for weddings and showcases the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Wed under the arbour, constructed around an ancient peppercorn tree, against the backdrop of the Grampians Mountain Ranges. Your guests can then enjoy canapes and celebratory bubbles on the nearby hexagonal decks, while you slip away for wedding portraiture with your photographer. The indoor reception area is the perfect combination of modern convenience and old-world charm with a rustic exterior and fully fitted-out interior.

Cate was born in Europe and spent most of her life in the UK working in the high end service industry before moving to Australia in 2021 with her husband and children. With extensive experience delivering the highest standards of event and catering experience she is passionate about attention to detail and quality. Make your elopement a relaxed and fun event with our special Elopement Package. We provide our awesome celebrant, stunning flowers and 2 romantic nights in our bridal cottage for the perfect stress-free elopement wedding. Then spend some time together exploring the grampians, dining out in some of our great local restaurants or take a few wine tours and walks!
We can also arrange a photographer if you would like.
Perfect for the intimate DIY elopement style marriage. Hire our arbour and seating area for an intimate, no-stress marriage ceremony with stunning views. This includes the wedding Arbour, rustic log seating, Arbour decking area and the most stunning views of any wedding venue in the region. You can choose from a morning or afternoon ceremony.
We can also organise flowers, a celebrant, catering and a photographer for the perfect small elopement package - just ask.

Hire our stunning private Estate for your preferred weekend and then work with us to arrange as many additional packages you need to create the perfect bespoke wedding.
1. Venue Hire is for the entire estate for the whole weekend. Decide if you would like a 2 day or 3 day destination wedding retreat. Venue hire includes: the Wedding Arbour, Reception/Function room with tables and chairs, Bridal Cottage, Guest accommodation for 32, Catering Kitchen, BBQ and Bonfire area... and 160 acres of stunning Grampians Park Station!
2. Add on a catering package if required or arrange your own caterer. We have 3 outstanding partner caterers who offer a huge range of beautifully presented and delicious options for range of budgets.
3. Add on any other packages that you may require? Live Band, DJ, Crockery/Cutlery/Glassware hire, Florist, Barman, Minibus and driver? We strive to help deliver anything that you might need. Just ask to see how we can help.
Our Bespoke destination weddings are the most popular. The large private estate is the perfect setting for a full weekend with your friends and family and having so much guest accommodation means that almost everyone can stay on site. Most of our bespoke wedding packages are for a full weekend but a growing number make a long weekend of it and include activities, games, local wine tours and walks in the Grampians.
However, if you want us to take the stress out of planning your Wedding, our meticulously organised team offer a full package wedding to arrange almost every aspect of your wedding day.
We also offer Elopments and Ceremony-Only packages.
Bridal Cottage with stunning views: our 2-bedroom fully self contained bridal cottage has stunning views of the mountains and is situated on the next property giving your peaceful intimacy but also close access to the party!
8 x Family rooms for Guest Accommodation: We can sleep up to 32 of your guests in our 8 large comfortable family rooms which is nearby the reception room for the comfort and convenience of your key guests.
Camping: The Grampians are a famous camping region and so we offer 21 campistes with stunning views of the grampians only a few hundred meters away from the reception room. Guests are welcome to book a campsite, camper or caravan spot so that they don't have to drive after the party.
*Additional accommodation can be booked in the surrounding towns of Ararat, Stawell, Halls Gap, Pomonal or Moyston which are all within 30 minutes. You can book our driver to transport any guests that are staying offsite. We also partner with another estate close by who has further accommodation for 16 guests.
Unfortunately no pets are permitted to stay on site. Grampians Park Station is surrounded on 3 sides by the Grampians National Park and part of the charm of the estate is that we have a huge range of native Australian animals who feature on the property and the presence of domestic pets scares them away.
Special arrangements can be made for a family pet to be part of the ceremony and photographs but they will need to be kept safely offsite during the remainder of the weekend to minimise the impact on the Native animals.

Get Expert AdviceAccommodation for a hens night?
I've been trying to book accommodation for 10 ladies for a hens night on the 7th Oct for months now. Every time I think I've found a place they say 'strictly no parties or events'. All we're having is drinks and games and a couple topless waiters. I'm really worried I'm not going to find a place for us because everything will book out and that would be so disappointing. Please help. I don't know what to do!
