is coffee and tea usually served at weddings or do you have to ask specifically for it?

Hi, our coffee/tea buffet is setup for you and is included as part of our package.
As a general rule most venues supply this in your package, it should be in the details outlining what's included.

Coffee and tea are part of our drinks packages, although, we rarely end up serving any!

You do need to ask for it, but it is certainly not a problem.
We serve loose leaf tea & filtered coffee at a station that guests can help themselves to.
It's not usually set up until dessert canapés are served.
