Hi

Congratulations on your engagement.

Couple of factors come into play with how far in advance a venue books out - what time of year and if its a Saturday night vs Sunday through Friday wedding.

Wedding season is Sept - April, with saturday nights being prime real estate during this period.

We have started to take bookings for 2020 for couples that are wanting Saturday nights during the wedding season.

The sooner you book a venue, the better - it also gives you more time to pay if you are under a tight budget :)

The popular months of March, April, October and November book out up to two years ahead.

Generally one year in advance is required if you would like a Wedding that falls in our peak Wedding months- February and March.

I always encourage couples to send a list of preffered dates, and then allow me to check availability, and then at least you will know what is really available, rather than assuming.

We are already taking booking for 2019. However there are dates that may still be available. Most wedding venues book out anywhere up to two years in advance.

Call us to find out what your dates are and whether we have any spots available.

About 4 to 5 months in advance, depending on the time of year.

Thank you so much for your enquiry and congratulations on your engagement!

We normally only take bookings up to 2.5 years in advance. For the peak times during March & April/May & September & October/November best to book as you know your date.

Thank you!

We reccomend to book as soon as you are set on a date! We are receiving enquiries already for 2019 & 2020(!!), however we are also receiving enquiries for the next 4-6 months. If you have a date in mind for your celebrations, we would reccomend to lock in the venue straight away. Good Luck with your planning!

Advance bookings of at least 3 - 6 months is advisable.   Weekend bookings are more open than during the week.  All venue space is based on availability.

We currently have Weddings confirmed until the end of 2019, however this year we have also seen an increase in enquiries for Weddings due to take place within 6 months of the enquiry date. As a couple to get your preferred dates secured we would always suggest making a booking earlier than leaving too late and running the risk someone else has the date you are set on, especially if it falls within the traditional Wedding season. Leaving last minute can have its benefits, as a venue we run specials for dates that haven’t been taken, this can help couples save on the cost and use the money elsewhere.

Thank you so much for your enquiry and congratulations on your engagement!

As we are a fairly new property (not quite 12months old yet), we currently do not have a very long lead time for our wedding bookings. At the moment we can accept wedding bookings with a 3-9month lead time.

Please let us know if we can assist with some dates that you have in mind.

Thanks again and we look forward to hearing from you!
