• Our venue has first class green credentials, having been carbon neutral for several years, so included in our packages is your opportunity to plant a tree together, to commemorate your special day and help our conservation program.

Ceremony Inclusions 

Within the Yarra Valley Estate we have a number of ceremony locations across our extensive gardens, however it’s our Open-Air Chapel that’s the showstopper!

• 60 x white padded chairs set by YVE staff
• White wrought iron signing table (clothed) with 2 x chairs
• Power source available

The capacity for weddings at Yarra Valley Estate

130 guest’s seated or 170 guest’s cocktail style

• Minimum 80 guests applicable for a Friday
• Minimum 100 guests applicable for a Saturday

Accommodation 

• Yarra Valley Estate has 48 accommodation rooms onsite for you and your guests to stay including cottages for the bidal party.

Wedding Inclusions

• Wedding specialist to assist with planning and coordination on the day
• Use of the property for photos across 120 acres of gardens and native forest
• All fairy lights are included and will be turned on for your wedding
• 5 hour beverage package
• Bespoke menus printed for the table
• Wine barrel to display your wedding cake, including cake knife
• Large dance floor area
• All dietary requirements catered for
• Use of in-house wireless microphone
• Lawn and bar area for pre-dinner drinks & canapes, set with lawn games
• External decking extends from the reception area, perfect for outside drinks
