Our tours take approximately 30 - 45 minutes, including time for questions and discussing potential date options.
Absolutely. From the moment your ceremony begins, Boat O’Craigo is exclusively yours.
That means no venue guests wandering through your ceremony, no unexpected visitors appearing in the background of your photos, and no strangers sharing the space while you celebrate. From your walk down the aisle through to the last dance, the estate is yours to enjoy with your favourite people.
It gives you the privacy and freedom to relax into the day, knowing that every moment — and every photo — is all about you.
No change to your plans — and no change to your ceremony location! From your ceremony through to canapé hour and your reception, all of our wedding spaces are covered, so you can enjoy your day without worrying about the weather.
The Pavilion transitions beautifully in wet weather, with drop-down blinds, heaters and fans available to keep everyone comfortable. So whether it’s sunshine, showers or a little bit of everything, your celebration can continue seamlessly from one space to the next.

Found a date you love? We also offer a seven-day tentative hold, giving you a little time to make your decision without needing to make a payment upfront.
We know weddings aren't simple, but we like to keep the pricing as simple as possible! Your wedding cost is made up of our per-person package price + the venue hire fee. A minimum number of guests applies, depending on your chosen date. Our highest minimum is 100 guests for Friday and Saturday weddings, while midweek weddings are available from 50 guests.

Of course, there are also some optional enhancements available — hello, cocktails! ?? — including the option to add a one-hour venue extension. These are completely optional, and you don’t have to decide on any of them now. Nothing additional is mandatory.

Hi! I’m looking for a wedding venue near Shepparton (happy to travel 60 minutes from Shepparton). Our budget is roughly $12,000 (amazing if lower!) all up for food, drinks and ceremony for max 50 guests.

We're located in Healesville, approximately two hours from Shepparton, and offer midweek weddings (Monday to Thursday dates) for 50 guests for $13,250 (2026 dates). Inclusive pricing - food, free-flowing beverages, venue hire (ceremony, canape hour and reception), plus some beautiful styling items. All you really need to add is a touch of floristry! Feel free to reach out if this is something you are considering - understand the distance is a little further than you'd like (but it's worth the drive)!
