Relaxed and picturesque, John Gehrig Wines sets the scene for an idyllic North East Victorian wedding. With two equally stunning locations to choose from, your John Gehrig Wines wedding will be a romantic, memorable celebration to be enjoyed by all. Allow the tight-knit, professional team to take care of you and your guests at this beautiful family-owned and operated venue.
John Gehrig Wines is a wedding venue that offers unprecedented versatility. A winning combination of DIY flexibility and existing beauty, you’ll have the blank canvas of the venue to work with, plus the naturally gorgeous surrounds to add to the ambience. Whether you’re looking to wed amongst 300 acres of vines in the heart of wine country, exchange vows beside the King River, OR celebrate in the intimate cellar door, John Gehrig Wines will bring your wedding vision to life. This country venue is steeped in history, with six generations of winemakers having tended to the vines.
“John Gehrig Wines was the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. We would highly recommend it to other couples searching for that picturesque location to celebrate their special day (especially as it is an affordable price with no hidden costs). The property is stunning, with so many different locations for photographs and ceremonies to be held. The rustic shed has a wonderful country feel, and the huge corrugated iron doors create a seamless entry to the outdoor area. This large concrete space outside provides the perfect spot for canapes in the sunshine and a dance floor under the fairy lights later on. Meghan and Ross were fantastic to work with. They were friendly, organised and willing to accommodate any of our requests.” — Sarah F.

About
In most family businesses I get to wear lots of different hats. Each day brings loads of challenges !! .When I am not selling and promoting family wine or being a part time assistant winemaker or driving a tractor to planning weddings and events. I love spending time with family and friends and favourite hobby is retail therapy! Food choice would be a dessert buffet. Wine choice that I would take to the moon would be Chenin Blanc.
