Hi John-Paul, Thank you for your wonderful review. We do pride ourselves on our catering. Our chef is very passionate about using local, in season ingredients, to create fresh, imaginative meals. Our gold package includes napkins and linen of your colour choice, as well as an option of lamp or faux candle center piece. Unfortunately more large scale decor does have to be hired in (such as floral arches) as the aquarium sadly doesn't have the storage space. We do have a fantastic events team who are all incredibly experienced in working five star events and are committed to going above and beyond for our lovely guests. This is a tough situation...but not uncommon!
Try and establish what it is that makes you both want alternate venues. The location of your wedding is about allot more than just the look of the reception space. For instance one of you might feel sentimental about a place as it was the location of your first date, or ties into a shared love or interest of you both. In this case this venue might tie in best with the 'story' of your big day and lend itself to a theme you both love.
Having one place for the ceremony and another for the reception can work nicely. Maybe consider which point in the day you would like to do most of your photography, would it be on the grounds after you've exchanged vows...or are you more interested in after dark photos surrounded by beautiful lighting?
